Instructions:
- Fill out contact info.
- If you’re only interested in specific dates, answer “yes” to that question and then list up to three upcoming dates that you’re interested in being on the waiting list for. Please do this in a MM/DD/YY format (for example, January 1, 2023 should be entered as 01/01/23) so that your request will show up correctly when I search for it later in the event of a cancellation.
- If there’s certain days of the week you’d like to be contacted in case of a cancellation, please select “yes” on that question and then select which days on the following question.
- If you have any notes or modifications to your request (such as certain times spans that you might be available) please put those in the note box at the bottom before you click the button to submit.
- If I get a cancellation for a day that you requested to be notified, I plan to send out an email letting you know about the opening and a link for you to book it. If it no longer shows as available or you don’t receive a confirmation email afterwards, someone else might have already gotten it.
